Pick the maintenance plan that works for you. For urgent tasks requiring immediate attention, you can choose our Urgent Requests option. These are done on an as needed basis but the immediate attention does come at a price premium since your request will then become a top priority! For other as needed tasks that can be done as we're able to get to it, choose the As Needed option and we will begin work on this within 72 hours. Both of these options are handled in a way where you are only paying for the service you need when you need it. More often than not, work will begin within 24 hours, but some leeway is built into our turnaround time here to account for periods where we are extremely busy.

Depending on how many hours per month you foresee needing in the area of Website Maintenance, it may make more economic sense for you to purchase updating time from us in 10 or 20 hour monthly time blocks. We have built in price breaks and turnaround time incentives for those that wish to purchase these blocks of time. You can purchase 10 or 20 hour monthly blocks one month at a time, or you can subscribe to this as an ongoing monthly service charge.

Since we do not know what sort of updating work you will need until you send it to us, we cannot guarantee update completion times, only update start times. But once work begins, most updates should be completed very quickly. Note that update start times will often be faster than those listed in the table above. It will be very common for As Needed requests to be handled nearly immediately, for example, depending on our workload at the moment. These time-frames are merely to give us some leeway as needed during busy periods where we have a lot to do. For all update requests, you will receive an e-mail indicating when the request has been completed.

Invoices will be sent periodically, depending on how much billable Ongoing Site Maintenance work builds up over each month. Billing time will be calculated counting only the time spent on the actual coding/development work and, in the case of adding new functionality, will frequently be significantly less than the amount of actual time spent on an update. Only work requested and approved by the client and completed to the satisfaction of the client will be billed. Most basic content updates are done very quickly, so many line items on any given invoice will be for 10-30 minutes of time. The minimum time increment for any site work will be 10 minutes. So if a task takes us 10 minutes to complete, you will not be billed for 30 minutes or an hour. You will be billed for 10 minutes.
