HD Video Filming

Capture your events in stunning high definition clarity. Video quality is just like being at the event. A tripod is used to ensure a stable picture at all times. Video filming service cost is $50.00 an hour (3 hour minimum) plus travel costs to get to your event from Orlando, Florida. In order to reduce costs, you can film your events yourself and we can just provide the additional video services detailed below as standalone options.

Video Editing/Cropping

In most cases, editing and cropping will be needed to give your raw footage that professional finished look you want to present to the public. This will include cutting out unwanted material and breaking up lengthy video into shorter segments. This service can be provided at a cost of $7.50 per each newly created video (so $75 to break up a long video into 10 smaller video segments). Separate video files will be created and can be converted to any standard video format.

Youtube Channel Creation / Video Uploads

Share your videos online through a Youtube channel. This service includes Youtube account creation, account profile editing, video uploads, and adding titles and descriptions to videos. Service price is $5.00 per video upload.

Website Video Galleries

Display your videos on your website in Video Galleries. Each of your events can be featured on your website inside their own video gallery. Video gallery page will display thumbnail pictures of all videos, along with the video title in a nice table format. Embedded videos will display in a very attractive lightbox overlay when clicked. Video galleries will allow your website visitors to fully experience segments of your events rather than just seeing pictures or reading descriptions. Videos help bring life to any website and will greatly assist in showing would-be attendees what they can expect at your events. Website Video Gallery setup service price is $50.00 base rate plus $5.00 per video included in the gallery.

Blu-Ray / DVD Authoring

Your event footage can also be provided as a Blu-Ray or DVD for you to sell to any attendees that would like to have a video keepsake of the event(s). Customized disc menu design featuring thumbnails for each video chapter, descriptive text and titles, and background images provide a professional touch to your disc projects. Blu-Ray / DVD Authoring service costs are $200.00 per project for a basic customized menu system. Call for more complex project pricing.

Blu-Ray / DVD Production

Per disc production costs vary depending on the media type desired and the quantity desired. Blu-Ray, Dual Layer Blu-Ray, DVD and Dual Layer DVD are all available. Please use our Disc Production Quote Form for per disc pricing. DVD formats will be in standard definition, not high definition.
