System Cleanup – One Hour Assessment

A one-time service for removing all virus and spyware components from a system, improving system performance, and demonstrating proper maintenance techniques towards a goal of keeping the system free from future infections. This service begins with a $50 one-hour charge to assess the severity of the infection. If we determine it will take more than one hour to complete your cleanup, we will instruct you to purchase additional hours at an $25 an hour using an additional hours product listing in our shopping cart with a maximum total charge of $200 even if it takes more than seven hours to complete the cleanup job. Note again that most cleanup jobs usually fall in the $100-$150 range.
