 A one-time service for removing all virus and spyware components from a system, improving system performance, and demonstrating proper maintenance techniques towards a goal of keeping the system free from future infections. This service begins with a $50 one-hour charge to assess the severity of the infection. If we determine it will take more than one hour to complete your cleanup, we will instruct you to purchase additional hours at an $25 an hour using an additional hours product listing in our shopping cart with a maximum total charge of $200 even if it takes more than seven hours to complete the cleanup job. This product is for customers that have already paid the $50.00 for a one hour assessment of their system to determine the severity of the infection. Only use this product if you have been instructed to purchase additional hours to complete your system cleanup. If you have not yet done a one hour assessment and wish to purchase a system cleanup, please choose the System Cleanup - One Hour Assessment product. Additional hours are $25.00 each with a maximum of six. Since you have already paid $50.00 for your assessment, the maximum additional charge you will have for a system cleanup will be $150.00 (6 hours) even if the time involved turns out to be more than 6 additional hours.  Purchase a monthly system maintenance service to have Three Sages Productions handle all your system security needs. Service includes monthly scans using multiple free system security software packages, manual checks of your system startup and task manager to make sure no malicious software is active on your system, additional checks of your anti-virus software logs and system registry. Choose this service if you want periodic security checks on your system, but do not have the time to do everything yourself. Please be sure that you have purchased a one-time system cleanup before you subscribe to our monthly system maintenance service. That way we will already have everything we need installed on your machine and should have a clean or mostly clean system to check once we start the monthly service. Note that by purchasing this product, you are subscribing to an ongoing service plan that will require monthly payments. Our store system will automatically bill you for $75.00 on a monthly basis until you cancel this subscription. Subscription cancellation can be handled on your User Account page. We will set appointments according to your wishes and schedule, but by default, we will plan on doing your monthly maintenance service on the same day in the month that you initially subscribed to this service. This is a service that will greatly enhance system security for computer novices and perhaps teach a thing or two even to experts. If we find a virus on your system while teaching you any of our techniques for virus detection, we will give you the option to have us transition your purchased service from the System Security Tutorial to a System Cleanup. Your $100 charge will then apply as covering three hours of system cleanup services. If you frequently have problems with viruses infecting your computer, this service will help you avoid that problem in the future.
